Urban modern apartment

You can find here a first time buyer apartment, designed for a young engineer. Our client came to us looking for a different design than what the real estate market had to offer at the moment.  The brief was very easily structured around concepts like “work from home”, “urban look”, “airy” and “pop of colours”. With this in mind we got our inspiration from the New York loft style, where industrial meets colour and the interior is dominated by brick walls. A white kitchen raised on visible metallic legs opens towards the living and dining area. The Goliath dining table extends to allow for parties of 10ppl and the study desk is comfortable placed next to the window. Blue accents complement the red brick while yellow pop of colours warm up the TV room. In order to play with the colours, and have continuity throughout the space, we have used the same colour palate in the bathroom, with a very colourful mosaic in the shower adding a twist. Designed with the client’s budget in mind, the apartment has good quality finishes and essential, modular furniture- elements that form a spacious modern home for a young professional.
